Care Days
HomeAid Care Days are hands-on volunteer workdays during which minor repairs and upgrades are made at homeless shelters and homeless service facilities. Tasks like painting, landscaping, cleaning, and small construction projects are done at no charge based on each organization’s needs.
On September 7, 2022, volunteers from Taylor Morrison Austin joined HomeAid Austin at Community First! Village for a Care Day! Volunteers were led by Community First! residents to complete different landscaping projects around the Village! Thank you to all the volunteers.
